Australian Industry Group
The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group) is one of Australia's leading industry organisation representing 10,000 employers in manufacturing, construction, automotive, telecommunications, IT & call centres, transport, labour hire and other industries. Ai Group's members operate businesses of all sizes throughout Australia and represent a broad and expanding range of sectors. Ai Group provides comprehensive advice and assistance to help members run their businesses more effectively and to become more competitive on a domestic and international level.
Business Council of Australia
The Business Council of Australia is an association of Chief Executives of 100 of Australian's leading corporations with a combined national workforce of almost one million people. It was established in 1983 to provide a forum for Australian business leadership to contribute directly to public policy debates.
Group Training Australia
Group Training Australia (GTA Ltd) is the national association representing the network of Group Training Organisations (GTOs) employing apprentices and trainees.
Group Training Victoria
Group Training Association Of Victoria (GTA Vic) is an umbrella organisation representing 22 independent not for profit companies and 5 associated organisations located in metropolitan Melbourne and all major population centres throughout the state. These companies operate on either an industry or regional basis providing employment for apprentices and trainees.
VECCI
Originally formed in 1851, the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) is an influential employer group. Servicing more than 15,000 businesses each year, VECCI is an independent, non-government body formed by the business community specifically to represent business needs. They are involved in industry and commerce across the State, and their role is to represent the interests of business at a State level as well as nationally. VECCI acts as a sounding board for government decision-making and as an instrument of active lobbying.
